Loosen these potatoes using a spatula, and then turn them and bake for about ten minutes. They taste great dipped in ketchup and have far fewer calories than the deep fried variety. A key weight loss technique is to not eat before bed. It is easier said than done, but avoid eating before bedtime. Any food you eat will not be burned off and just stored in your fat cells. Try reading a good book instead of eating.
